Set up your Click to Call Center in a blink
A simple and quick 4 steps process:
1) Sign-up on and receive your login and password
2) Login to the SKY-click administration console at http://my.sky-click.com
3) Create Agent(s) via the Wizard. Your agent(s) will receive the link to download their console, plus their logins and passwords by email.
4) Generate your "Click to Call Button" code and place it on your web pages.
IMPORTANT:
The Click to Call centre will be fully operational once at least one of your agents has downloaded and logged in the Agent Console.
This is a CALL BACK solution which means that calls will be triggered from the Agent Console.
Once you created at least one agent, you can benefit of all features available through the SKY-click platform to optimise your solution.
